Friday November 12, 9:30 – 10:30 am PT
Alex Moss, Brian Ippensen, Cindy Turcot and Lee Bloom
This session builds on the format previously seen in a series of “Mock Board Committee Meetings” from several recent TEA conferences. This time, the specific focus of the mock meeting will be the board’s role in managing ESOP repurchase obligations, particularly reviewing, planning to fund, and balancing with other capital requirements. Presenters will act as board members discussing the key questions faced at the board level. This is an interactive session where the mock meeting will periodically pause to engage in discussions and questions from the audience.More Information
