This session will explore the steps necessary to facilitate succession planning and leadership development for all levels of the organization. It will also emphasize the importance of developing an ongoing talent pipeline to ensure future transitions and raise the current level of performance throughout the company (through leadership assessment, development and coaching). You’ll also have a chance to hear AirBorn’s experience with CEO leadership transition and their current work in strengthening their leadership and succession system.
