Onboarding New Employees

Bringing on new employees is a complex process. New employees must not only learn their job responsibilities as well as company policies and procedures, but also must navigate new relationships and cultural norms. The ESOP, with its impact on the company’s culture and its technical details, further complicates the onboarding process.
