Mentorship & Ownership Culture

Critically, mentorship can be a key part of sustaining an ownership culture over time, not just a tool for developing leaders. Join us for this “crowd-sourced” session that puts participants in the driver’s seat. The moderators will act as facilitators, inviting participants to work in pairs and small groups to discover what makes a mentorship program effective and rewarding for all involved.
