Our team has earned recent certifications to continue to deepen our expertise and enhance our work with clients.

‍Linshuang Lu received Hogan Assessments Certification in April. These personality assessments are powerful tools for leadership development, executive assessment, succession planning, and coaching. Three other Praxis consultants, Kathleen McInerney Kane, Nancie Zane, and Jon Sweigart also hold this certification.

In October, Alex Moss passed the exam to become NACD Directorship Certified by the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors). This certification involves rigorous learning in board governance and will strengthen Alex's professional practice and board service.

In May, Jon Sweigart became a Certified Facilitator of Power+Systems' Organizational Workshop, an interactive exercise that allows people to experience and understand common dynamics from different levels of an organization.
