Kathleen McInerney Kane is a Managing Principal at Praxis and brings 25 years of management consulting experience to her work with leaders, teams, and organizations. Kathleen’s broad exposure to organizational life enables her to see desired outcomes clearly and support her clients in achieving them. Kathleen is particularly effective in helping clients create strategic advantages through the development of leaders. Recently, Kathleen’s work has been focused on supporting client organizations in the development of succession systems to support long-term sustainability. Her work includes deepening leadership capacity in all key organizational roles, through executive assessment and individual or group coaching where appropriate.

Kathleen has partnered with a broad range of employee-owned,private sector and non-profit organizations. Her areas of focus include:

Prior to joining Praxis, Kathleen spent several years leading the Learning & Organization Development function for Deloitte. In this role, Kathleen and her team focused on the development and deployment of an extensive leadership curriculum, which supported the professional development of 20,000 management consultants on a global basis. She was also a trusted advisor to the partners of Deloitte relative to project team performance and succession planning. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as a Project Manager on several large ERP Implementations.

Kathleen holds a BA in Communication from the University of Denver.
